Partnering

to shape tomorrow

Over the years, Mergon has co-created and launched initiatives aimed at bringing redemptive solutions to both the business and nonprofit sectors. These efforts aren’t carried out alone, but through the shared commitment of like-minded individuals and organisations to see the gospel shape the world for good.
Ziwani

Launched in 2021, Ziwani supports African business leaders in connecting, growing, and thriving. This initiative emerged from our deepening engagement with the business community and our desire to support leaders in integrating their faith with their daily lives, work, and leadership. Ziwani empowers Christian entrepreneurs through biblically-aligned teaching, practical training, and community building — all aimed at building a flourishing African marketplace.

Healthy leaders leading healthy organisations will have a healthy impact. That’s why Mergon, in collaboration with 3W and Maclellan Foundations, launched FiftyFour - a platform for growing healthy ministries. FiftyFour (through the 9D Assessment) enables leaders and teams to easily assess their organisation’s strengths and growth areas. The platform then customises a learning path with tailored resources and live learning experiences, all for free. A space to learn, grow and connect, FiftyFour supports and guides leaders in building thriving organisations.
